Your AWS bill is too high. We'll prove it.
Most growing companies accumulate AWS resources, pay 30-60% more than they need to, and hope nothing breaks or gets breached. We audit, optimise, and harden — in a week, not a quarter.
Who hires us for this
Teams who know something's wrong but haven't had time to investigate.
SaaS companies with a climbing AWS bill
You've grown fast and the bill grew faster. It's time to find out where it's going.
Startups preparing for funding
Investors ask about infrastructure. A clean architecture report with controlled costs is a strong signal.
Companies after a near-miss
Something exposed you — a misconfigured bucket, an IAM key in a repo. You want to know what else is out there.
CTOs with no time to dig in
You know what needs to happen. You just need someone to do it and hand you the findings.
What's included
SaaS Startup — Remote
AWS bill had reached $14,200/month. The team assumed it was the cost of growth. A 5-day audit revealed EC2 capacity running at 12% utilisation, idle RDS instances, and no Savings Plans on stable workloads. We right-sized instances, removed idle resources, migrated eligible workloads to Savings Plans, and set up cost anomaly alerts.

How long does an audit take?
A focused FinOps audit typically takes 3-5 days. A combined FinOps + security assessment is 5-8 days. We'll confirm scope and timeline on the discovery call.
Do we need to give you access to our AWS account?
We need read-only access to Cost Explorer, CloudTrail, and relevant service configurations. We'll provide a least-privilege IAM policy you can apply and revoke after the engagement.
What if we want you to implement the fixes too?
That's an option. After the audit, we can scope an implementation engagement separately — applying the recommendations, migrating to Savings Plans, hardening IAM, or whatever the priority items are.
We're pre-funding and want to look clean to investors. Can you help with that?
Yes. Architecture reviews for diligence readiness are a common engagement. We produce a report you can share with investors showing your infrastructure is sound and costs are controlled.
